This is a legally binding agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity), referred to herein as “YOU,” and Lawliner, referred to herein as “Lawliner.” The templates and materials provided on our platform are referred to herein as the “DOCUMENTS” or the “SERVICE.” By accessing, using, signing up for, or logging into the Lawliner platform, you indicate your acceptance of all the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Use agreement (the “Agreement”). By agreeing, you are entering into a binding contract enforceable under applicable laws. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use the service.
1. Payment Terms
Lawliner operates on a subscription-based model. Payment options include a free tier, a monthly subscription, and an annual subscription.
- Free Plan: Limited access, up to 10 templates per month.
- Monthly Plan: $30 per month for unlimited access to templates.
- Annual Plan: $250 per year for unlimited access, offering cost savings compared to monthly billing.
Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize Lawliner to charge your payment method on file. Subscription cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds are provided.
Managing Your Subscription:
You can manage your subscription, update payment details, or cancel at any time by visiting your account settings.
2. Limited License
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the DOCUMENTS provided by Lawliner for your personal or professional purposes. You may customize the templates as needed, but you may not redistribute or resell them in any form.
The license remains valid as long as your subscription is active. Termination or cancellation of your subscription voids your license to use the DOCUMENTS.
3. Proprietary Rights
All DOCUMENTS, templates, and materials provided by Lawliner are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Lawliner retains all ownership and intellectual property rights. You may not modify, distribute, or replicate the DOCUMENTS for purposes outside the scope of your license.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information acquired during the course of this agreement to any third party without prior written consent. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, customer data, trade secrets, and proprietary methods. This clause survives the termination of this agreement.
5. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform or DOCUMENTS.
- Use the service to create derivative works for resale.
- Share access to your account or DOCUMENTS with unauthorized users.
- Use automated systems (e.g., bots) to download excessive DOCUMENTS or overload the platform.
Lawliner reserves the right to limit access if misuse or abuse of the platform is detected.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that the DOCUMENTS you download or customize comply with local, state, and federal laws applicable to your use case. While Lawliner provides templates that meet U.S. legal standards, you are encouraged to seek legal counsel for any specific legal issues or to finalize documents for binding agreements.
7. Termination
Lawliner reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the platform without notice for any violation of this Agreement. Upon termination, your license to use the DOCUMENTS is revoked, and you must cease all use of the materials.
8. Limitation of Liability
Lawliner is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The service is provided “as is,” and no warranty is provided for its fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Modifications to Terms
Lawliner reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the website, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
